Mark Nowak
With a professional career spanning over 25 years, Mark Nowak has been involved in 35 mezzanine transactions totaling over $305 million. Prior to joining Convergent Capital, Mr. Nowak was a partner and investment committee member at True West Capital Partners, a Los Angeles based mezzanine fund where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing eight portfolio companies totaling $85.1 million. Prior to True West, Mr. Nowak held roles at Monroe Capital, Comerica Bank, GE Capital and Union BanCal Equities. Mr. Nowak is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth Orange County. Mr. Nowak received a BS from Colorado State University School of Engineering, an MBA from the University of Denver, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute. Mr. Nowak is an avid skier, fly fisherman, and proud father of three.
