Will Unterseher
Will joined Convergent in September of 2023. He is primarily responsible for assisting with due diligence and underwriting of new investment opportunities, monitoring existing portfolio companies, assisting with valuations, and aiding with fund management. Prior to joining Convergent, Will worked at NorthCoast Mezzanine where he supported debt underwriting and portfolio management capabilities, which included equity co-investments, mezzanine debt, and private equity fund investment strategies. Will graduated with a B.A. in Economics from the University of Iowa and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
