Keith Bares
Keith is a Co-Founder of Convergent, a member of the Investment Committee and the Board of Directors and has more than 40 years of investment and credit experience. He has served as a director on the board of public, private and non-profit organizations. Prior to founding Convergent in 1998, he spent 13 years working for the Wall Street firms of Salomon Brothers, Inc. and Merrill Lynch & Co. Prior to working on Wall Street, he gained experience in credit and commercial lending with Norwest Corporation and Gelco Equipment Leasing Company. Keith holds a BA degree from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
